Opened this bottle tonight and boy is the bride gonna be upset when she tastes this wine after she comes home from work tonight.
Translucent ruby color, lean, tart and somewhat watery with little focus. A little fruit but the tartness ruins what little is there. All this for $12. The bottle indicates this is a blend...anybody know what of?

Drew, Have no idea what the devil has happened to Steltzners` wines but they`ve been a question mark since the mid-80`s. This vineyard should be producing great juice. The last cases I bought were the 84 and 85. Both were very servicable wines. After that I`ve never bought a bottle. Don`t know but I`ll ask some friends in the Valley. Winoweenie

You know WW, their 96'Cab, Stags Leap District was a very good bottle of juice that you can still find for around $16 to $20.
