Ho Hum...Jes' another great bottle of wine from Howell. Randy sure started something back in 79.Deep ruby with no bricking. Great aramatics of red and black fruits, cinnamon, and a fruit-cake like candy note that ratchets this baby up a notch. All come across on the palate along with some cassis, and cocoa. The entry is powerful, a big center and a 4-1/2 lapper finish. All of this is packaged in a wrapper of velvet tannins that'll carry this beauty onward and upward for another 3-5. 93/95. 29 in case lots. No quantity. WW
