Some of these may sound weird, but if anyone can suggest a good wine to go with the following meals, I would soo appreciate it:

1)pancakes
2)pork loin, marinated in honey mustard sauce
3)lemon pepper chicken
4)chicken parmesan with spaghetti/tomato sauce

None sound wierd. In order:

Madeira Malmsey (use as syrup too)

Riesling

Gewurztraminer

Salice Salentino

There are other pairings, but these will do fine.

Pork loin with honey mustard sauce - go with foodie.

Lemon pepper chicken - Australian or Californian Shiraz

Chicken parmesan with spaghetti/tomatoes - chianti (not reserva)
