Apparently Herb Lamb, of the vineyard of the same name, has obtained the requisite permits for commercial production. He's got a website at www.herblambvineyard.com and is signing people up for a mailing list for a summer distribution of a '97 Cab. The wine is delicious, though certain to be very expensive.
