A Bordeaux classic blend. Cabernet, Merlot,Malbec, Petite Verdot and Cab Franc. This was my treat after the horrendous happenings of this day of infamy. On opening, the whole room was filled with perfume. Violets, Jasmine, and roses filled my space without even sticking my big schnozz in the glass. A beautiful sparkling ruby color, an entry that would make Joan Crawford look like a stumble-bunny. a center with a massive mouthfeel and the legendary 5-lapper finish. This is a complete wine in all respects. I've never rated a wine 100 (not even the 82 Petrus ) but came close on this one. Still with 10-15 to go. 99. WW

WW your metaphors astound me!! "An entrance that makes Joan Crawford look like a stumble-bunny". If Betty Davis could have heard that one, she'd have loved it!!

JS answering your question I looked back and found some tasting notes for the 97 Foris Pinot. Good solid wine, not great. Lots of other Oregon and Washington juice I prefer. WW
