rescued them buggers from the ole vinegar-barrell-in-the-sky. Was amazed that the baby of the B.V. line up from the 1994 vintage was still alive. The Beau Tour had the aroma, texture, and finish of the Rutherford. Just the slightest oranging at the rim and with a finish that doesn't relate to the 4.99 I paid. The other was a 96 Liparita Spring Mtn. Merlot. Lovely floral nose and still loads of fruit. Silky mouthfeel and a nice medium long finish. Outside of Duckhorn and Pride not too many Napa Merlotas that'll take this time in the cellar. Very enjoyable. Too bad BRW missed this so gave to appreciative regulars at the bar. Fun stuff. WW
