I saw the recent posting regarding wine choices ( Gewurtzraminer,Chenin Blanc, Zinfandel,etc)selections with turkey. Would the use of a plum or red current glaze on the turkey change those choices? Thnks

If the whites are off dry, and the zin or even a syrah are jammy, it's a go.
