Hey, my name is Brett, i have no clue about anything about Winery, i was assigned this little project on the BEST match possible for each menu iteam 2 appetizers and 4 main dishes

1.) Sea Breaded Shrimp, deep fired and served with cocktail sauce ?

2.) Chicken Parmegiana double breast of chicked lightly breaded topped with tomatoe sauce, mozzarella and parmigina cheese, oven baked ?

3.)Stuffed Chicken Breast double breast of chicked, lighly breaded, stuffed with swiss cheese and ham, topped with a saffron sauce

4.)Atlantic Salmon Filet with 3 oven garlic shrimp, not sure what sauce can go with that, if anyone could add me a sauce for that iteam, and the wine to go with it would be great.

I'll put the appetizers on later tonight i hope someone can help me out i appreciated it, thanks alot BRETT

Hi Razzy, you seem to have upset people with you multiple posting, not the multiple question. If you promise to keep it to one post next time, here are some recommendations:

1. Sancerre.
2. Barbera d'Asti
3. Rioja
4. Pinot Noir with a mixed citrus sauce (lemon, lime, orange).

Razzy,

These all sound delicious to me. I'd trust Innkeeper with any menu.

Jackie
