1997 Butgess Vintage Selection

'Twere time so popped this hummer last nite. For any of you with this in your cellar I strongly reccommend checking its' status. Will say I was surprised by the advanced stage of this as I've found Toms' wines to be immenintly age-worthy. For complete clarification this was one of the few 97s I haven't owned and cellared since release. I saw these on WTSO for a whale of a price, bought 4 and told them to ship late Oct/early Nov. Lo and behind they showd up at my door the end of Sept while we were in a 100*+ string. To their credit I was credited in full for the wines but would rather have had them arrive as ordered but life goes on. They were shipped ground so am sure the heat did affect them. WW
