Thanks for all the good wishes. She came through it with flying colors. Be advised that there is a nationwide shortage of the usual muscle relaxer, so they had to use a weaker one. She felt the scope going around the corner, but it was not too uncomforatable. If anyone has one coming up, check to see what they are going to use.

We enjoyed yet another CC tonight tonight with something we call Superburgers with salad in Stilton Blue dressing. Since our grill is buried in snow, we sauteed them in OO:

SUPERBURGERS:

1 lb Lean ground beef
1 Small onion chopped
1 tbl Butter
1 Egg (beaten)
2 tbl Minced parsley
1 tbl Minced marjoram
2 tbl Chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp Lawry salt/nosalt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tbl Ice water
3 Slice bacon

Nuke onion in butter. Add to with everything else except bacon. Form into three patties. Wrap each with a bacon rasher, secure with toothpicks, and chill. Grill over high heat/coals for fifteen minutes, turning once.
