Special Cuvee
Cab Sauv $35
Napa '04; 60 barrels made
The nose has cherries, red and black, a touch of vanillin and black cracked peepercorn. The palate has great concentrated fruit. The same red and black cherries com out on the palate as as the nose...... On the back of the palate, the tannins are persistant but beautifully sweet. Great structure suggesting about 10 - 15 yrs, About an hour and a half later, this fruit is amazing. The concentration is is enough to make me buy the bottle. Just great Cab fruit...

I got this from a small wine-shop in Alexandria, va. I'll give you her name in the morning....
