Opened the last bottle of this wine from Fresno States' Enology students. Thot I'd see if the wine would improve with additional cellaring. Dint'. Nose about the same as I remember the last bottle and the fruit seemed to be going to the ole' terlit in the vineyard. Blend of 60% cab & 40% Syrah. WW

Appears they haven't quite got the art of blending as has David Coffaro or Duckhorn with their Paraduxx.
