I vote for an Australian wine--Wynn's Coonawarra Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon--one of my favorite inexpensive Cabs from anywhere.

2003 FOLIE A DEUX NAPA CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Drop dead gorgeous cab, complex with good fruit and structure for $16 by the box yet drank like a wine 3 times the price.
This was a recent TN at a wine festival this past February.
