Don't know why we took so long to bring this out because these aren't known as really long agers. Well, looks like we caught it just before it took its death leap off the precipice. Color was well bricked, but not brown yet. Tannins were just about gone. Got some eucalyptus, mint, cocoa, dust and just a bit of funk. It took us about forty minutes to finish up and that was a good thing because it was starting to fall apart rapidly.
