Any suggestions for an accompaniment for a chunky mustard based egg salad (also with dill and onion and some other ingredients that I can't think of right now...)

Try a Provencal rose, and let me know if it works--eggs are not easy.

It actually worked out really nice. Off the top of my head, I can't remember what rose I settled on, but it was a blend, I'll have to check it out and refresh my memory. It wasn't an extremely "eggy" egg salad, however.

Dozer, it has taken me years to find a wine for such a food. But many people do not agree with me about the Rose--you and I are unique...
