australian and tazmainian wines

I'm putting together a list of wines but being a total novice on wines i need much help. I need to find australian and tazmainian wines that are suitable to drink in each season, eg winter, sumber, autumn and spring.
Much like a menu of food, i need a menu of wines for each season both lunch and dinner
also they i need to know what type of food that they may match to.

If you could please help. or could please post a link to where I could find the information that i require.I don't expect you to do it for me but I need to know where I can get some information.
