Is there such a thing as a good tasting non-alcoholic wine, red or white? I have yet to find one. If so, can you please recommend?
Thanks so much

To amplify just a bit on IK's response - Alcohol is a major component of wine along with the acids, sugars, tannins, etc. When you remove the alcohol, you've removed part of what gives the wine it's character. It's like french fries without salt - it may still taste like french fries, but you know there's something important missing in the whole flavor profile.

...not to mention that the definition of the word wine includes the ingredient, alcohol.
Your question appears on the Wine & Health forum; is that because you believe alcohol unhealthy? Many studies show that moderate daily alcohol consumption is beneficial to heart and to fight cancer.

Moderate consumption: approximately two glasses of wine a day...
