What red wine has the least amount of sugar? The most?

What white wine has the least amount of sugar? What has the most?

Are there any antioxidants in white wine, mainly chardonnay?

Hi Godislove, and welcome to the Wine Board. Most red wine is dry meaning that it has negligible amounts of sugar. The one exception that is widely distributed is Lambrusco.

White wine is more difficult. Riesling and Chenin Blanc can be and are made both dry and sweet. In most cases the label will say "Dry" in the native language of the source when the sugar is negligible. Most other widely distributed whites are dry or close to it.

Don't know about the antioxidants.

IK makes a good effort, but there really is no flat answer to the sugar question. Wine is not a mono-product, and unless you know exactly how each wine is produced you are guessing at its sugar content.

As to antioxidants: which ones?
