Recently I found my LDL content in blood has increased. Is that true drinking wine can reduce this? If so how often I sholud drink wine and what type of whine?

hi sri...it is true that hdl blood levels go up and ldl should go down with red wine consumption. ldl is the bad cholestrol and hdl is the good cholestrol..

sorry i didn't mean to call you sri charu..anyway you should drink at least 10 glasses of red wine a week to achieve ldl changes.
