New member, white wine fan since 79' - favorites riesling, ernest/julio & kendall jackson. I've expierenced a discoloration from a clear to a caramel color with an unfavorable taste of rhine. What's going on?

If my guess is right about the question, I'd say you have oxidized wine before you, which means it has gone bad.

But, like Bucko, I'm not really sure what the question is, and what it has to do with wine and health, which is the name of this forum.
