I have a client looking to purchase a 213 acre Vineyard/Estate Winery Property. Purchase price in excess of $4 Million. Client is experienced winery owner and winemaker. Can you recommend any financing sources for this type of property? My company's usual sources cannot help.

There are firms that specialize in this. I regularly see ads in the back of trade mags and such. Try general agriculture mags as well. Also, I know Bill Hambrecht is involved in this and he owns Belvedere winery and is an investor in others. Hope this helps.
