Yeah so I am going to make a three meat meatloaf (beef, pork and veal). I am also serving seafood au gratin along side. What would be the best chose for wine? Such a novice at this wine thing.

I dont know, but with a variety of tastes like this, maybe sounds like perhaps a choice should be offered, A merlot, a zin and a Calif chardonnay. pick your own. WP

Are the two individual entrees or is the seafood au gratin indeed a side to the meatloaf? If it is a side dish that pairing is a wine matching nightmare, imho.
