The Lone Star State has felony interstate shipping law pending. The Dallas Morning News wrote an editorial opposing same, but isn't getting much support.

If you are a Texican, you should let your legislators know you disapprove...and you should write letters of support to the Morning News. I can e-mail a copy of the editorial to any who missed it.
