I knew it was bad, but didn't know how bad in Ohio. Here in NYS the Liquor Authority used to set mark ups, until the Supreme Court determined setting prices unconstitutional--that is the route Ohio needs to take. Any lawyers out there who want to join the attorney-collector quoted in the article? Take them to court!
