Wine Entrepreneur Success Rates in Ohio

Looking for a comprehensive source that list the small business success/failures rates of small wineries, preferably in Ohio, but a concrete national statistic would work as well. I am writing a paper for a management class on entrepreneurship, have shot video with a Cincinnati vinter, and now need some hard numbers by October 18. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
