My understanding is that the current law in GA is that wine is now allowed to be ordered from out of state as long as there is no GA distributor for that particular wine. Does anyone know if this is correct? I am interested in purchasing a case of Corleone (Sicily) wine, imported and distributed by a place in NJ. What are my chances of getting this? According to their web site, www.corleoneonline.com, its vendor list only has NJ stores and restaurants listed. Thanks!

Hi Em and welcome to the board. Check with Dan Thompson at the Atlanta Wine Journal. He'll be back in town Monday. WW

Let's see now; how to put this. Maybe, "One never knows until one tries." Or, "Sometimes the way a law is written is not the way the world turns." This later one can work both ways.
