I like the sentiment. We could call an ad with wine and food in the pic: Take Wine and Dine.

The BATF would likely interpret the ad as "implying" health benefits. They have the absolute power to interpret however they see fit.

The best answer is to abolish them, and while we are at it, every damned bureaucrat known to humanity. This war gets tiring at times.

I have suggested in the past that grapegrower associations fund health-oriented ads. They are not licensed by ATF and could not be touched by restrictive ad codes.

PLEASE! PLEASE! MAKE ME THE WINE CZAR! I'd fix everything...honest.
