Just noticed on the WLDG that Virginia has now joined the ranks of states that allow direct shipment (http://www.myspeakerscorner.com/forum/index.phtml?fn=1). Congrats! Here's hoping Texas joins the group soon.

That news is showing up all over the place. Isn't it wonderful how quickly good news spreads? I wish it would spread to the Massachusetts legislature, or even better, the Supreme Court.

Hotwine--we are in liberal New York, but there is no shipping reciprocity here.

KC, I'm with you. Let's stop this incremental legislation that is certain to keep shifting back and forth as new legislators continue every few years seek to undue the work of the past. This is a case for the Supreme Beings--I mean, Court!
