Hi WB, and welcome to the Wine Board. Unfortuately Florida is still one of the four felony states along with UT, TN, and KY.

From what I have read, the "pro" felony forces will fight it to the bitter end even if the lower State Courts find for the direct shipping[the consumers] advocates.
