Join Drink Great Wine, The Bay Area's most active network of wine and food-loving professionals, for a tutored tasting and seminar with Bartholomew Broadbent, world authority on Port and Madeira, featuring a wide range of legendary vintages of Port and Madeira from the great Port Houses Ferreira and Offley as well as his own award winning Broadbent label. He will review how and where the wines are made, the classic styles and categories, and how to taste, serve and store vintage Port and Madeira. We will sample eight wines along with a classic pairing of Port with Long Clawson Stilton Cheese from England, and assorted gourmet chocolate truffles. $55 before 5/8 (check must be received); $63 after.
