OK everybody, I need your help. Here are some meals that I am going to be needing to supply wine for in the near future. I need some simple suggestions:
1)pork loin with stuffing and sweet potato
2)chicken stir-fry with a soy sauce base
3)tuna noodle casserole
Thank you, thank you, thank you in advance!

1) Pinot Noir
2) Off-dry Riesling or Gewurztraminer
3) Gasp!

Don't know if it's because I grew up in the Midwest, but I happen to like tuna casserole. Even make a "Chinese" version of it with soy sauce, cashews or crisp chinese noodles, chopped celery, etc.
For wine--maybe a Riesling Kabinett or Gewurztraminer again.

Agree with all above. If the tuna casserole is on the heavy side, would consider a Beaujolais Village or a light Italian Red such as Masi Modello Delle Venezie.

My mom used to make tuna noodle casserole when I was a youngster. I think it was one of those wartime recipes that was cheap to make and for some reason she liked it. I haven't had it since I moved out of the house when I was 19. I haven't missed it, and I couldn't possibly match a wine with it. No disrespect to your menu dozer, it's just me.
