Stone Crab, Seafood & Wine Festival in Florida

Wanted to pass along information on our upcoming Stone Crab, Seafood & Wine Festival at The Colony Beach & Tennis Resort on Longboat Key.

Now in it's 16th year, this culinary event celebrates the beginning of Florida's stone crab season by inviting the nation's top rising chefs and vintners for a weekend of fine food and drink at our beachfront resort.

Our roster of past participants reads like a “Who’s Who” of the culinary world. Past festival participants have included chefs Jean-Louis Palladin, Bob Kinkead, Vincent Guerithault, David Burke, Michelle Bernstein, Kerry Simon, Larry Forgione and Dickie Brennan. Winemakers from many leading wineries such as Silverado, Swanson, Far Niente, Arrowood, Schramsberg, Clos Pegase, Biondi Santi and Hogue Cellars have been involved.
