Innkeeper, I assume you are unfamiliar with the festival so I;ll answer your questions this way:

When: March 30 through April 3

Where: Verona, Italy (I will be at the hotel Montrisor Giberti.)

What: the most spectacular wine festival I have attended

Why: why not? it is for both the trade and the consumer

How: er, not sure about an answer to this one....
