What are decent Salmon pairings?

Hi... I'm not the best with wine knowledge. My brother was pretty good with that, he could turn water to wine and all that. Me, I turn water into Coors light.

But, yeah... I've been trying to learn more about wine pairings. I really like Salmon. Before this post I had some baked Salmon with Dry Rose' which seemed pretty good to me. What would you recommend for Salmon?

Smoked Salmon, Fried Salmon, Baked Salmon, Salmon sashimi, etc.. I really like Salmon. And wine.
