I am a businessman running an international enterprise. I prepare and manage real estate investment projects, I am an owner of a general contractor company and an engineering group focusing on tech installations, mainly building automation systems.

Realizing my off-business objectives, I am interested in establishing a partnership and setting up a luxury, boutique hotel including a high-class winery that would offer the wines of the highest quality. As an addition to that, I would also like to set a course of lectures about wine-making. My goal is to invite the best connoisseurs and wine makers from around the world.

For this purpose, I own a property in a fantastic location in an old Polish city - Nowy Sącz, a city of millionairs. I would expect that the future partner enters the cooperation for the 50% /EURO 950.000/of the partnership.
