Sales Forecasting

I have recently been asked to help out a small winery and forecast sales for 2017, they would like down for the rest of 2016 and for 2017. They want to make sure they buy enough grapes for Harvest to provide for the sales projections.
Any tips on how you would do this for every sku and projected by cases sold, woud be a great help.

Hi RP and welcome to the board. This query would have gotten 4 or 5 answers earlier but our really smart wine makers have not been posting since we got hit by a legion of spammers several months ago. With luck one of them will drop by and help you out. I be one of them dudes who drinks lots and has no idea how it got here. WW
