Using Hydrogen Peroxide
I wasn't paying attention and I put SO2 in instead of tartaric in two carboys. It looks like the readings are around 400 ppm. Luckily, non of the wine is what I would call super primo so I can experiment and be none the worse. mon ngon moi ngay
I never used it before so I am not aware of the issues and opportunities. What is the max dosage of HP and could I use it to reduce the SO2 to around 60 parts?
