old wine

Don't know if this is any good...or worth anything?
1974 - Clos de l'Ecu - Beaune - Estate bottled Burgandy wine Imported by: Bauer & Foss Inc.Domaines Jaboulet-Vercherre.
This was given to us on our wedding day 25 yrs ago. It is a beautiful bottle in a wire wrap. Should we just leave it for decoration on the shelf? Is it any good to drink? Thanks
