I am making a grilled salmon with a fettuccine alfredo and was wondering sould I have a Sauvignon Blanc or a Chardonnay. I like sweet wine with some warmth to it, any ideas would be great

I know this is late, but next time use a Cru Beaujolais such as Brouilly.
