20001 Chateau Rieussec

I guess there has been reports of a lot of bottle variation of this bottle. What a shame because my bottle was just perfect. If we did not taste the 2001 Yquem, this would have been the king of the hill. hell, king of the mountain.

This is a massive wine with a expressive nose, honey, apricot, creme brulee coconut, and it jsut goes on and on. The palate is much the same except the texture is just super smooth. Large structure. Density of fruits hides this unless you look like crazy for it. Wonderful wine.
