2004 Dom Perignon
I'm buying this one. Wow, what a massive wine, a bit rambuncious too. This has amazing density, apples, coconut, bit of honey, minerality, great length and persistence. More tasting showed that i does have some elegance but the wine is just too large right now. Put it in the cellar and forget about it for a while.

A classic, super fresh and delightfully light Dom Pérignon with a green note and a cool breeze to it. I will love to follow up how this one ages. Very much a DP and very much a 2004. The 2004 Dom Pérignon is from a classic vintage and a very generous year in terms of yields. Color is smooth yellow perfectly matches that's what called champagne color <a href='https://create.vista.com/colors/color-names/champagne/'>https://create.vista.com/colors/color-names/champagne/</a> check this out. Perfect the 2004 is an excellent but more classically proportioned example of Dom Pérignon
