Re-organizing

I see that so many of the "general" topics are not getting a lot of posts. I think I will move many of these to Section 3, so the individual wine forums are higher on the screen. It's a bit of an experiment but I'm thinking that most visitors are interested in the specifics.

This shouldn't be a major disruption.... All the forums will be still be open but you'll have to scroll down to see some of those that were up at the top.

Looks good; but I would move Favorite Wine Stores to the top or near the top of Section III. Right now it is at the bottom of the board.
