2008 Gaja Dragomis Barolo

This wine surprised me in its construction. Medium body, but lithe, light, focused, which are not words I would normally reserve for Barolo. But this is not a masucline barolo. Berries, a good backbone of acidity, more sophiscicated than power. Interesting and certainly well made but this year perhaps, lacking a bit of character?

Pardon me Safa 100 I'm slightly confused by your post. (1) Are you asking Eng what he means by these words...or(2) do you agree EXACTLY word-for-word with his Assesment...or (3) do you just like to play with your keyboard???? WW
