For me, It would allow me to attack a number of bottles all at once but with the intent to finish them within a few weeks. I'm not sure hwo wine ages under argon...so definitely not going to risk some really expensive bottles that I intend to age.

Only concern is that the auction houses will now need to look at all of the capsules to make sure that nothing is pierced (dont want people pullint out small samples.....)

Interesting concept. However it's much faster to just pull that sucker so you can empty the bottle faster. WW
