1997 Quilceda Creek CS

This is definitely my wine of the flight. Nose was still fresher yet, a hint more floral and definitely more fruit. In fact, almost forward but save for the BALANCE of these wines. Same profile, of earth, forest, now definitely cedar, a bit more primal than the 92 and up. wonderful wine. Great structure and super persistence. I was tasting this wine for a long time!

Very classy lineup! Has been my fav of the Wash wines since inception. Hate these sabbaticals more each time I hit one. WW
