Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. Among toher things, I'm grateful this board is back up and running and many have found their way back. Thank you all.

The tribe is gathering; seven here now and three more coming. Just have to bake the oven ready candied sweet potatoes and cornbread and chestnut stuffing. Then throw in the roasted veggies when they come out. Turkey come off the smoker at 2 pm EST. Only thing left to made is gravy. The Zin is waiting patiently.

Happy Thanksgiving to all!!!

Had 12 people down here in FL. Son and girlfriend left this morning early to do T'Day with her folks in NH. The remaining 10 of us had a wonderful catered dinner with two 10 pounders and all the usual sides. Paired dinner with 1 each 09 Rosella's PN and 09 Keefer Ranch PN from Loring Wine Company.
