1999 Hess Select (Ca)

With left-over steak kabobs, wild lice er rice, more roasted corn. Very nice cheapo cab, all of 13% alc/vol. Lots of sediment trapped in the shoulder, as intended. Wish I had more but this is it.

Senor Hess has made some impressive wines on both sides of the price line. Will have to check the closet and see iff'n there be enny of eoither left. WW
