With steak kabobs seared over oak (danged-near cremated!), roasted sweet corn, etc. for the LW, daughter, SIL and grandson; serviceable cab with the fare, since the kabobs had red onions, green onions, portabello 'shrooms and marinated sirloin chunks (dunno what she put in the marinade). 13.5% alc/vol.

Maybe "serviceable" is too generous..... "just ok" is more like it.
