I know there's been many knocks for the last 3-5 years on this vintage. Well ole "leather-tongue" weener jes done unnerstan what the blue blazes what the problem be. This was drinking, IMHO, like a delicious mature Napa cab should. Can't all be blamed on provenence. I've probably had over 200 97s' in the past 3-4 years and not only did them dudes drink killer I was doing the buyers remorse thingie on darned near ebber one. WW :-R
