My last bottle of the '01 version of this cab from Santa Cruz Mountain Vineyards; with Paula Dean's crock-pot Salisbury steak over mashers, fork-tender after nine hours of slow cooking. 12.5% alc/vol and $17 wine club price, worth every penny.

Found this in hiding and it sure has deteriorated in the last 3 years. Acid is now the #1 component and the lovely fruit be gone. Too bad. WW
